Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES)

Using an Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) as the detector, this ICP instrument can detect part-per-billion-level concentrations in both aqueous and organic samples. Used for more routine analysis, any aging or degradation effects of electrolytes or electrodes can be monitored by measuring the amount of metals forming during the studied process.

  • Perkin Elmer 8000 Optima ICP-OES / Separate sampling set specific for aqueous or pure organic samples
  • S10 Autosampler – 157 samples rack
  • Elemental standards are available.
